CYBERWISER.eu is helping to close the European cybersecurity skills gap by delivering a flexible, risk-centred, capacity building platform with one of the most advanced cyber range in the world.

The meeting gathered CYBERWISER.eu partners to discuss and share the latest development, early results and next steps to take to foster the community and complete the development of the CYBERWISER.eu Capacity Building platform.

The video summarizes the 1st CYBERWISER.eu Open Pilots Workshop which was held in Pisa on 05.11.2019.
The workshop attracted representatives from 12 organisations interested in testing the platform and presenting their individual training requirements to the expert panel comprising both CYBERWISER.eu project partners and invited guests from the four European Competence Centre Pilot Projects. The day was an undisputed success, not least because all the candidate organisations present signed up as CYBERWISER.eu pilot users and arrangements are already underway to table their requirements and schedule the training.
CYBERWISER.eu will help reduce cyber risks and their negative impacts, while building cyber capacity and boosting career opportunities in a digital economy where the demand for highly-qualified professionals in risk assessment and cyber-attack response is continuously growing in the light of the existing cyber threat landscape.

Operando senza una efficace strategia di gestione del cyber risk, le imprese rischiano di esporre i loro asset strategici a conseguenze molto gravi: furti di dati sensibili, interruzione di servizi online e quindi della normale attività aziendale, danni in termini di privacy con grave impatto sulla reputazione aziendale, fino alla perdita dei clienti.
Per aiutare le imprese di qualsiasi tipo e dimensione ad affrontare efficacemente le nuove sfide del mondo cyber, il progetto WISER ha sviluppato CyberWISER Essential e CyberWISER Plus, due servizi che introducono una funzione decisiva nella gestione del rischio informatico: la valutazione e il monitoraggio in tempo reale dell’esposizione dell’azienda ai rischi informatici.
CyberWISER Light nasce specificatamente per aiutare le piccole e medie imprese europee a colmare il divario tra pericolosità degli attacchi cibernetici e risorse disponibili per la protezione da questi. CyberWISER Light è uno strumento semplice, veloce e gratuito, sviluppato per garantire un’efficace gestione dei rischi soprattutto per le PMI che non hanno tempo, denaro o personale IT esperto da dedicare a questa pratica, diventata ormai necessaria.
CyberWISER Light consente a tutte le imprese di mettere in pratica le più efficaci best practice nell’ambito della cyber security: dalla valutazione periodica sui rischi di sicurezza interni all’azienda, allo svolgimento di continui Vulnerability Test per valutare la sicurezza dell’azienda tramite simulazione di minacce esterne. Una volta compilato il questionario di ingresso, l’azienda riceve immediatamente e gratuitamente un report di risk assessment e la possibilità di effettuare dei test di vulnerabilità sui propri server online in maniera non intrusiva, seguendo pochi e semplici step identificati dal team di CyberWISER.
